Polar Plunge February 9th - End Polio Now

 

Past President Joe Panetta will be representing the Chelsea Rotary Club once again this year plunging into the icy waters off of Gloucester on Saturday, February 9th to raise awareness and critically-needed funds to fight the crippling disease polio.
